Brew Bird is a retro tow truck station turned funky eating joint located on the fringe of Downtown Fargo. We focus on bringing you classic items but kicking it up a notch by using the freshest, quality ingredients, throwing in some flavor twists and not taking any short-cuts. And guess what?! It’s all gluten free. . .but you would never know it!

Brew Bird wasn’t supposed to be gluten free — then, while we were opening, Alex was diagnosed with a serious gluten + wheat allergy. He started experimenting with GF ingredients, created a new chicken breading and… it was actually better. So we kept it! Today, our chicken, breading, waffle fries and most of our menu are gluten free. We do serve regular buns, but there is no flour in our kitchen, our crew is highly trained on allergies, and we have procedures in place to safely handle gluten-free orders. If you have celiac disease or a gluten/wheat allergy, just let us know when you order — we know the drill, and you can feel good about getting your fried food fix.
