Yes! You can eat
the fried stuff too!
If you’re gluten free or have celiac disease, you know the drill: everyone else orders the crispy, fried, delicious stuff while you get… a salad. Not here. 🐔
Brew Bird wasn’t supposed to be gluten free. While we were opening, Alex was diagnosed with a serious gluten + wheat allergy. He started experimenting with GF ingredients, created a new chicken breading and… it was actually better. So we kept it.
NO FLOUR. SERIOUSLY.
There is no flour in our kitchen. All of our breading is gluten free, our waffle fries are gluten free, and our crew is highly trained on allergies and how to handle gluten-free orders.
We do serve traditional buns, so gluten is present in the restaurant. When you tell us you have celiac disease or a gluten/wheat allergy, our crew follows our allergy procedures to keep your food protected. We also have a full allergy guide available — just ask!
BUT DOES IT TASTE GLUTEN FREE?
That’s kind of our favorite part.
Most of our guests aren’t gluten free. They’re just here because the chicken is really freaking good.
No sad substitute meal. No watching everyone else eat the good stuff.
Come get your tendies. 🐔
